Babies in utero are very sensitive to their mother’s thoughts, actions and overall well being. The benefits of prenatal yoga go beyond a healthy pregnancy, directly affecting the growth and development of the baby. The womb is the baby’s temple, by practicing prenatal yoga the mother is purifying and energizing this temple with love and light.
