It's funny, when you first start doing yoga, it doesn't feel like you are doing anything.  Then over time you find just how much stronger you are.  How much more flexible.  And maybe more importantly--how much more present.  Heather's weekend retreats are structured to make it easy to be present.  The outside world gets pushed away.  You laugh more easily, breathe more deeply and sleep better.  It is a fantastic experience.  -- Cathy H.
